Discuss why it is important to market yourself? How can you build your brand online?
Marketing means
promoting and selling products or services to customers. Not only marketing
products are important, but also marketing ourselves are also necessary. Just
like how we introduce the objects online, introducing ourselves seems
requisite. Before we market ourselves, we need to know what our final goal is,
in our career. The most successful people are the ones who planned out their
goals and move on to the next goals once they achieved them. Generally, social
media plays a vital role. Its sites should always reflect your professional
skills and specialization. Also, people should create a blog to show work
samples, presentations, and other relevant materials. Obviously, we need to pay
careful attention to spelling and other factors that indicate our professionalism.
Once again, marketing something represents showing oneself to other people. 
Building our own
brand online is important and effective way to promote something, since majority
use social medias. Online brand creates awareness of what entrepreneurs stand
for and increase our credibility. Moreover, building an online brand also allows
us to gain trust by other people. This is one of the most important features
since we can gain more customers and profits. Before you create a brand online,
you need to be aware that the brand you are going to make is not existing now. It
is not worth creating a one that already exists. Once you made the basic
outline of the brand, you should organize them neatly, so the customers can view
them clearly, and make sure you need to contact them! In other words, participate
thoroughly.

I agreed that one of the goal is to make sure your social media reflects your experience, skills and professionalism. I always have a proof reader to review my social media content to make sure that that my spelling, grammar and other factors to assure that they are understood and clearly by anyone before I posted it publicity.
